The world is grappling with an issue of enormous scale and human impact by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19).
Thank you for being a valued partner with Fuji. We appreciate the chance to update you on what we’re doing right now at Fuji, even if, as you’ve seen, the situation changes daily.
Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the COVID-19 and how it is impacting our world. For Fuji, that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers and communities, and then making the necessary adjustments to our work and operations.
We have one simple objective that guides us: keeping you and our employees safe & well.
We are closely following overall guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus.
We have shared specific instructions with all our employees including implementing a strict travel policy, restricting visitors to our facilities and we have canceled all physical meetings with large gatherings. Instructions are adjusted to each country specific situation and according to local authorities.
Our operations continue with a specific production organization and we monitor daily our supply chain to secure our deliveries to you at best. For the moment, we don’t have any specific delivery disruption, however we foresee possible longer delivery time, commissioning and transportation challenges.
We also appreciate that production and operation continuity is critical for you. Our sales teams are still available for you. We first encourage the use of our remote support capabilities and digital communication and remote solutions.
